KeymasterUSMCA “Trade Agreement” violates our Constitution and sets up Global Government
“The people cannot delegate to government the power to do anything which would be unlawful for them to do themselves.” — John Locke
Of course, the people did not draft the Constitution so they never delegated anything to the government – it was the ruling elites of the 18th century who wrote the Constitution, and that new Constitution was designed to allow the government to grow and expand as the European kingdoms had risen. It was a mistake. In my opinion. Even Bill Buppert agrees.
“The Constitution is an enabling document for big government. Much like the Wizard of Oz, the man behind the curtain is a fraud. In this case, for all the sanctimonious handwringing and the obsequious idolatry of the parchment, it sealed the fate of our liberties and freedoms and has operated for more than 200 years as a cover for massive expansion of the tools and infrastructure of statist expansion and oppression.” — Bill Buppert
Today’s American problem is that the allegedly ‘people’s government’ is running roughshod over the rule of constitutional law and are causing all sorts of human problems, as well as sliding the United States into the one world government – the talmudic dream of control of everyone.
“While the United States is clearly authorized by Art. I, §8, cl.3 & Art. II, §2, cl.2, US Constitution, to enter into Treaties with foreign Nations addressing Commerce; the United States may not lawfully transfer to global or multi-national bodies, powers which “WE THE PEOPLE” delegated to our federal government when We ratified our Constitution. But that is what the Treaty purports to do.
“Even worse, the Treaty also purports to delegate to global or multi-national bodies powers which We never delegated to our federal government – but reserved to the States or the people.”
