This is the first issue of the Highlander News Publication, issued on March 26, 2019. The two main subjects in this issue include 1) the history and current status of the Highlander.com website, and 2) a brief description and discussion about family names with a list of the most popular surnames in the United States. There is also a reference to the online book entitled ‘ABCs of Family Research.’
