Early Morning Thoughts, March 18, 2019
As many of you may know by now, I’m done with FaceBook. Like my attitude towards everyone and every plantation mentality organization that attacks me or restricts my peaceful activities, I simply choose to go the other way. Screw all of the B.S. in life – life is too short. Live free or die, eh.
So, while at least two of my FB accounts have been banned for 30 days, I have decided to shut them all down, except for this post, which I will post on all of the accounts when possible, and wait a week or so for feedback from other FB subscribers.
I have been spending a fair amount of my time during the last two months working on my own information and educational website, Highlander.com, and have most of the usability kinks ironed out. Having noted that, the site design is based on WordPress applications, so even now I get unexpected surprises every few days. But, problems are what they are – we just have to work on them until we solve them.
By now, https://highlanderjuan.com/new-web has several hundred searchable historical books and documents uploaded and made available in PDF format for either online reading or downloading, I am adding new documents every day. There are another half dozen or so family names to research and add this week, and then the site’s functioning will change slightly.
I’m going to start treating Highlander as I treated FB, and start posting news and commentary on the site. Unlike FB, there will be no censorship, and some of the online websites that have been banned or are in the process of being banned by FB, Google, Twitter, and other zio-nazi censors, Highlander will do no censoring of the news. Nor, will Highlander censor subscriber entries.
So, here’s the deal. Between this FB account and the other accounts, I have well over 3,000 ‘friends’ – people with whom I have been corresponding on FB for years. I can’t keep track of you all. I need your help. I need you to tell me who you are and how to contact you by e-mail. You can do this by registering as a subscriber on Highlander. If you don’t register, we’ll lose contact with each other.
Regardless of your attitude toward history and family research, if you want to stay in contact with me, I ask that you go to Highlander and register as a member. Once registered as a Highlander subscriber and member, you will be able to make posts, comment on posts, and receive e-mail missives from me and from the rest of the Highlander members. That’s how we can stay in contact.
As a side note, the site is still relatively new (started Jan 9, 2019), so I suspect there will still be some unforeseen bumps and grinds in using the site. If you find any of these anomalies or problems, please let me know your thoughts and observations on the website. Send me feedback at info@highlander.com. The John Sutherland FB account (the primary account) is due out of FB jail by tomorrow, and I will post this article on that account also.
